USB recommendations

Verify you don't have Samsung Kies or HTC Sync install on your machine.

Use device original cables.

If you are working with Desktop, prefer using the back port (directly from the motherboard).

When you disconnect a device disconnect it with the usb cable. (the number of time you can connect and disconnect a device from the USB port is limited).

Don't use USB V3.0 ports.
